Before the Clean
Most customers are either working or busy with other activities when we clean, so it's customary for folks to provide us with their garage code or a spare key. But if you aren't comfortable leaving us a key or door code, you must make sure there is someone to let us in at our scheduled cleaning time.
If something comes up that causes a conflict in your cleaning schedule, just call us. We request 72 hours notice, but also understand that some situations are unavoidable. When any shorter notice is given, however, we do charge a small fee.
During the Clean
We only hire diligent, thoughtful workers who have earned the right to work legally in the United States. Once their comprehensive background checks are completed, each is trained extensively in our methods of cleaning.
If you’re home when your cleaning professionals arrive, that’s no problem. We'll work around you to allow your normal activities in the home. If you’re not home, we'll dust, vacuum and scrub according to our plan while you're out and about.
Our crews work Mondays through Fridays, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. We bring a smile and an upbeat attitude that will earn your respect. We bring our own cleaning supplies and equipment, so you never have to worry. Of course, not all homes are lived in the same way and cleaning thoroughly sometimes means staying a little longer than usual to give each home some extra attention. Our teams spend the time needed to get the best possible result.
Payment is due at the time of each cleaning. We accept cash or checks.
After the Clean
After the initial visit, we'll follow-up with you; asking for your forthright feedback on our performance. If you would ever like to have changes made to your service, your housekeeper will make the adjustments necessary on your schedule, and those changes will be reflected in our team’s work on your next visit.
Rest assured, that if for any reason, we don’t exceed your expectations, we will come back to fulfill our guarantee on our work. Just notify us within 24 hours of our visit about any issue at all, including an oversight or misunderstanding with regard to the specifications of Your Cleaning Package.
If something is damaged during the course of cleaning, we will make every effort to repair, or replace the damaged item. We have all necessary insurance to protect your home, property and our house cleaning professionals:
